For the first 30 days following your purchase, merchandise may be returned for a full refund, less any return shipping charges, provided that the product is in new/unused condition.
Credits for products that are not in their original condition, damaged, missing parts, or returned after the 30 day period will be issued at Totem Pole Bike Rack’s discretion.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the acceptance of your return. Please allow 5-7 business days from this notification for your credit to be processed. The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all returns over $75.
We will replace items that are damaged or defective.
